Prazer Therapeutics Enters into Strategic Collaboration and License Agreement with Johnson & Johnson to Develop Novel Targeted Protein Degraders for Neurodegenerative Diseases Using SPiDEM ® Technology

Seoul, South Korea – January 9, 2026 – Prazer Therapeutics Inc. (“Prazer” or the “Company”) today announced a strategic collaboration and license agreement with Johnson & Johnson* to advance the discovery of novel therapeutics for neurodegenerative diseases. The collaboration aims to leverage Prazer’s proprietary SPiDEM® (Selective Protein Degradation Enabling Moiety) platform technology to develop novel targeted protein degraders (TPD) for a neurodegeneration-relevant target.

"This collaboration represents another meaningful validation of Prazer’s SPiDEM® platform and its potential to advance targeted protein degradation to accelerate the discovery of potential new TPD medicines for patients," said Kyung-Soo Inn, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Prazer.

This collaboration follows Prazer’s Series B financing led earlier this year by Johnson & Johnson, through its corporate venture capital organization, Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JJDC, Inc.
